Turkey Meatball Wraps with Tzatziki and Feta
These Turkey Meatball Wraps are one of my favorite ways to use Lemon Pine Nut Turkey Meatballs. Wrapped with zhug, pickled vegetables, feta cheese, olives, sweet drop peppers, and cool tzatziki, they're packed with Mediterranean-inspired flavor and texture.

Ingredients
- 12 Lemon Pine Nut Turkey Meatballs warmed
- 4 large whole-wheat flatbread or wraps or pitas
- ¼ cup zhug sauce
- 2 medium vine-ripped tomatoes thinly sliced
- 1 cup pickled red cabbage or pickled vegetable slaw
- ½ cup feta cheese crumbled or cubed
- ⅓ cup sweet drop peppers drained
- ¼ cup kalamata olives sliced or halved
- ½ cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

- Reheat the Meatballs: Warm the Lemon Pine Nut Turkey Meatballs using your preferred method until heated through.
- Warm the Wraps: Warm the wraps, flatbreads, or pitas according to package directions or briefly in a dry skillet until soft and pliable.
- Spread the Zhug: Spread about 1 tablespoon of zhug sauce over each wrap.
- Layer the Vegetables: Top with sliced tomatoes and pickled red cabbage or pickled vegetable slaw.
- Add the Toppings: Sprinkle with feta cheese, olives, and sweet drop peppers.
- Add the Meatballs: Place 3 warmed Lemon Pine Nut Turkey Meatballs on each wrap.
- Finish with Tzatziki: Top each meatball with a dollop of tzatziki sauce.
- Fold and Serve: Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll tightly. Serve immediately while warm.

- Sweet drop peppers add a sweet and tangy flavor that pairs beautifully with the feta, olives, and zhug.
- Store-bought tzatziki works great for a quick meal, or use homemade if you have it on hand.
